Real estate agents often work with people during periods of significant change and emotional stress, making them more vulnerable to unscrupulous behaviour.

I am committed to upholding high standards of integrity and acting ethically on behalf of his clients and myself. These core values form the basis of my character and help guide my decisions and actions both personally and professionally.

  • Experience and Track Record: I have been licensed for over a decade and have sold a vairety of many homes throughout the Central Okanagan.

  • Negotiation Skills: Years of experience has given me the ability to secure favorable terms and pricing through strong negotiation tactics.

“Family is what drives me. I’m in the real estate business because it
allows me to take care of my family. I want to raise my kids successfully
and stay married to my incredible wife, Alli. None of this is worth
anything if I get those two things wrong.”

Loyalty
“Loyalty is super important for building great relationships. I try to be a
reliable support for people and be someone they can depend on to be
respectful and considerate. I do my best to show my loyalty to others,
and it usually leads to the same in return.”

Trust
“I won’t put my interests before my clients’. I am very conscious of the
massive amount of trust and good faith placed in me to help my clients
move. It’s a privilege, too—there are many agents out there, yet they
chose me. Our relationship is worth more to me than a few extra grand
on a deal.”
